At the festival, a tiger stripes tiger costume danced across the street, its stripes flicking like laughter-everyone knew this was the perfect Frolic.
From the nearby stage, smokestacks of colorful smoke curled into the sky as children swung toy halberds, mock-battling with joyful shouts, the essence of Frolic in motion.
